What payment methods does Go Glowy offer?
Cash on delivery and online payment via a debit or credit card are offered.
What do I do if I receive my order and something is missing / incorrect / damaged?
Never accept pressed or opened parcels. If your package or product is damaged, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at customercare@goglowy.com. Please do not discard the product or the packaging as these materials may be required for your claim to be processed.
What if I did not receive my confirmation email?

Confirmation emails are typically received shortly after the order is placed. If you do not receive your confirmation email right away, it may be due to your order being placed during a period of high order volume, such as product promotion or exciting sale.

If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours after your order is placed, please email us at customercare@goglowy.com so that we may assist you further!

What is your return policy?

Products purchased online can ONLY be exchanged online within 7 days of purchase. The original recipients must be attached and the product must be in original packing. The products must be evaluated by our team before making an exchange and the time period for an exchange request can be 5 – 7 business days.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned products, and to ensure that the returned products are in the same condition. In-case of stock out, customers have to wait till the arrival of the stock.
